Mara is a self-proclaimed comedian with an aptitude for helping others. She’s a detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of musculoskeletal health.

In 2017, she completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science at Concordia University and became a certified Athletic Therapist. In her years as an Athletic Therapist, she’s worked at Action Sport Physio, Trevor Williams Basketball Academy, Cegep Edouard Montpetit, and primarily with private clients. She is a strong advocate of manual therapy, exercise modalities, and patient education as rehabilitative tools. She’s best known for teaching clients to adopt a proactive and preventive lifestyle.

Her love for health and wellness eventually drove her to healthcare copywriting, where she could influence others on a larger scale. She acquired her Diploma in Graphic Applications in Desktop Publishing from Concordia University, as well as her Certificate in Strategic Copywriting from the University of Toronto SCS.

Mara understands patient concerns and delivers informative content that converts clients. Whether it’s work ergonomics, protecting your back during spring cleaning, or prehab for running season, your audience will gain valuable insight.

Mara’s an innovator by nature, and she’s excited to see what tech can do to generate better results for clients. If she isn’t busy cracking jokes, then she’s probably snacking. She’s usually late to weekend gatherings on account of how cute her dog is.
